TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE REGISTRATION
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the programme and speakers and activities in InCoB 2007 without prior notification.
The Registration Fee covers the attendance of any functions in the MAIN INCOB 2007 and does not include any fees charged for Tutorials or Special Interest Group meetings coordinated separately by the Tutorial or SIG coordinator. All Tutorial and SIG meetings are open only to fully paid-up registrants.
Note : Sponsorship Participants will be required to produce PROOF of their sponsored status at the event registration before entry is granted. If these participants fail to produce proof of status they may be required to pay the full Participant rate in order to be granted access to the event.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation of the registration must be made in writing to the APBioNet Secretariat AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT in order to get full refund.
Refunds of registration fees (including banquet fees if applicable) for cancellations made during the valid time period stated above, will be made WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE EVENT.
Cancellations not made AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT will result in all registration fees being forfeited.
OFFLINE REGISTRATION
FOR HONG KONG/NANSHA MAIN INCOB2007 EVENTS
If for some reason, you cannot make payment by the above ONLINE method, you can pay by inter-bank wire transfer. We do not recommend this method as it costs a lot more effort. For this reason, please add an extra USD 50 to the payment for processing charges. We will send you an invoice if you can send email to us at payment --at-- apbionet.org with your category of payment. We will add the extra costs to your invoice. In the invoice, we will give you details of the Bank Details as follows.
STEP 1: Payment must be made first using Bank Transfer and a payment ID obtained, typically the Bank Wire Advice Slip or receipt document. Scan the copy of this document in PDF or jpg and mail it to us at the same address.
The Payment Bank Details will be posted to you with the invoice.
We will match your Bank Wire Advice Slip in your attached PDF/JPG document with our bank account advice notification to verify and confirm your registration.
Upon confirmation, we will email to you a letter of invitation and a receipt manually.
Bring your letter of invitation and your receipt to the conference registration booth on the day of arrival at the conference.
