"Fostering the Growth of Bioinformatics and allied disciplines in the Asia Pacific"

InCOB: The International Conference on Bioinfomatics

Dear APBioNetters,

In view of the festive season, the APBioNet ProTem Committee has decided
to delay the announcement of the Inaugural InCoB ExCo by one month: i.e.
to 25 Jan. 2002.

As such, the ExCo will present the requirements for proposals to host
the next InCoB at InCoB2002, Bangkok, during the APBioNet AGM and will
be happy to answer any queries would-be hosts might have.

We encourage those of you who are key movers and shakers of
bioinformatics nationally or internationally, with a track record in
conference organisation
and the ability to commit some time and effort to the cause of APBioNet
to
send a message to [email protected] before 12 Jan 2002. Details of the
call for volunteers is available from our website:
http://www.apbionet.org/incob/callforexco.shtml

We look forward to your active participation.

Wishing you a Happy New Year,

Shoba Ranganathan
Vice-President, APBioNet
