Although Paper and Poster Submissions will be completed in May 2007, all reviewers are requested to start working on their assigned manuscripts as soon as they receive it from the Editorial Committee members.

The Review process will be managed by the Open Conference system which most will be familiar with. The Open Conference System for InCoB2007 will be opened towards the end of April 2007.

early April: belated approval from InCoB Exco
mid April: Call for full papers for oral presentation, 
           towards shortlisting for BMC Bioinformatics.
    * All extended abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
    * Templates to be provided for
          o 2-page extended abstracts (a la GIW)all papers and posters
          o BMC Bioinformatics formmated files + figures for full paper 
            submission. 
mid-May: paper submission deadline
    * reviews take at least 6 weeks - 
end-May: poster submission deadline
end-June: Acceptance
    * papers accepted for oral presentation at InCoB -
    * rejected papers will go for poster presentation
    * All posters (unless non-scientific, commercial or completely out 
      of scope) will be accepted.
    * Presenters require a formal letter of acceptance of extended 
      abstract + oral presentation invitation to get travel funding 
      as well as pay registration.

    * APBioNet/InCoB2007 Proceedings as BMC Bioinformatics 
      Supplement released.
