Why Sponsor?

The field of bioinformatics is growing quickly with the advent of next generation DNA sequencing and the introduction of "big data" analysis techniques in medicine and other life sciences. GIW/InCoB 2015 is the first joint conference between GIW and IncoB, the two premier international bioinformatics conferences in East Asia with a combined history of 40 years. Sponsoring our conference gives you a unique opportunity to tap into the expected 250+ scientific participants — world experts and emerging stars from Japan and abroad. Accessing these experts as a sponsor of GIW/InCoB 2015 gives you the opportunity to communicate your technology and products to key opinion leaders and algorithm developers, to recruit talented research personal, and to network with delegates and sponsors.

Technical Track

Technical track talks are designed to communicate your technology to a sophisticated audience of researchers. The talks scheduled by us in 30-minute slots in a parallel format. Sponsors may freely use 25-minutes, for example give a 20 minute talk with 5 minutes of questions afterward. The remaining 5 minutes is reserved to give delegates a chance to change rooms between talks. The organizers will screen submitted technical talk abstracts to ensure the content is appropriate. We will do our best to meet scheduling requests but ultimately we will schedule the talks in accordance to overall constraints and in some cases may not be able to accomodate all requests.
