Invitation Letters:

If you require an invitation letter to support your visa application, please complete our Invitation Letter Form. This must be completed after you register for the conference, and we recommend filling it out no later than Monday, June 30th, 2025.

Visa

If you require a visa letter to support your application, please review the information here: https://conference.mha.gov.in/events/.

We recommend this is completed after you register for the conference and no less than 12 weeks (June 23, 2025) in advance of the conference. Visa letters will still be processed after this date, but may not be approved in time.
