1When claiming full-time student rate, send proof of full-time

Note for CBI Members, only: CBI members who attend ONLY the CBI Workshop on Sep. 28, 2010 are exempted from paying registration fees. CBI members who wish to attend in addition to the CBI Workshop other session(s) are required to register and duly pay their registration fees.

Payment options and instructions
There are two payment options for local and international delegates. Payment must be received before official confirmation of registration is sent via e-mail. Hence, please follow the payment instructions carefully to ensure a smooth registration and transfer of payment.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. For security reasons we offer only off-line payment by FAX or airmail. The off-line credit card payment form (PDF) becomes available in PART III of the on-line registration form.

For local bank transfers:

Please note that the full amount of applicable registration fee
must be received by us. This means that all bank charges and exchange
commissions must be borne by you. If we do not receive the correct
amount because of bank charges deducted, you will have to make another
payment.
Please indicate that the payment is for InCoB2010 and write the number of registrations
paid for, if more than one registrant is covered by the payment.
E-mail a scanned copy of the local or international telegraphic transfer receipt to incob10 [at] hgc.jp together with a list of registrants paid for.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations of registrations until Sep 15 will be refunded minus adminstrative fees and/or banking fees. In case of credit card refund we deduct 10% 5% of the refund amount. In case of banktransfer all banking fees shall be borne by the receiving party.
After Sep 15 we will deduct the conference dinner fee (if applicable) from the refund amount.
