This presentation will focus on our work to provide a scalable secure platform for personalized medicine that accelerates biomarker discovery, validation and improves point of care delivery. This session will discuss the challenges associated with integrating cross platform ‘omics’ data in a manner that scales to hundreds of thousands of whole genome sequences and combining with clinical data to provide an integrated view across genotype and phenotype.
