The conference registration fee includes:

Payment Conditions

• The registration fee for Conference is inclusive of 7% VAT, lunches and refreshments, program book, book of abstracts, conference bag and materials, and welcome dinner, also, for Pre-workshops is inclusive of 7% VAT, refreshment and workshop material (not include laptop). In case of credit card payment, the fee is included 3% credit card usage fee. Likewise, payment by overseas telegraphic transfers (TT) is included TT fees charged by the intermittent bank and recipient bank.

• Incase of credit card, please note
  • debit cards are not accepted by Bangkok Bank and
  • not to press the submit button a second time for payments but email to incob2012@biotec.or.th with registration details for status of the payment, since Bangkok Bank will need to make some additional checks before accepting the payment.
• In case of wire transfer, please note that a scanned copy of the local or international transfer receipt must be indicated the exact name of the registrants and e-mail to incob2012@biotec.or.th or Fax. to 66 (0) 2564 6574
• The payment can be paid totally in one time
• 1% withholding tax has been exempted, as BIOTEC is a government organization.
• Invoices or purchase orders are automatically issued
• Please note that the registration is complete when payment has been processed
• Please note that the date on the receipt will be the date payment is received by us
• A conference invitation letter will be automatically issued when the registration is complete
• Because of the limitation of space for Pre-workshop and Tutorial, Conference Secretariat will reserve the seat by order

Student Rates
To be eligible for the student rate, please provide us a copy of your student card with registration number via fax or e-mail to the Conference Secretariat after completing online-registration.

Membership Discount
While claiming the ISCB membership discount, please provide the Conference Secretariat your ISCB membership number and associated email address. Also, please note that you are required to bring evidence of your current ISCB membership when registering at the counter. If the membership is not current, the payment for the balance registration fees must be paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the case of cancellation, delegate is required to inform Conference Secretariat in writing of his/her inability to attend or any changes in enrollment. We are happy to assist transfer registration payments made to an alternate participant. A full refund, less 20% cancellation charge, will be made to any cancellation prior to 1 August 2012. No refund will be given for cancellation on or after 1 August 2012. Refund will be made after 5 October 2012. The replacement of delegate will be welcome.
