TWIN SHARING SERVICE

If you do not mind and have the personality to accommodate room sharing, and cannot find your own room mate, we can pair you with fellow likeminded delegates to enjoy twin room rates, subject to availability.

Procedure:
1. Please select your desired hotel from our list of recommended hotels, click to download the reservation form
2. Email the completed form to [email protected]. DO NOT EMAIL DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL. We will forward for you.
3. Please indicate clearly in your email that you would like us to find room mates for room sharing and provide contact numbers.
4. Upon receipt of email, we will attempt to match you with another suitable delegate, subject to availability.
5. Paired delegates will be notified through email for final confirmation before hotel reservation confirmation.
6. All twin sharing requests will be processed and replied at least 30 days before start of conference, regardless of outcome.

With twin sharing, you get the comfort and facility of a higher class hotel accommodation at a much lower price. It is also a great opportunity to befriend a fellow delegate, not unlike college dormitory environment.
