GENERAL INFORMATION

VISA Information

Foreign attendees of InCoB 2009 would need a "business visa" (which is also called an "entry pass for social visit") for entry into Singapore. For citizens of most countries, this can be obtained on-the-spot at the Singapore Changi Airport.

But for citizens of some countries, this visa should be obtained in advance. These countries are: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Commonwealth of Independent States, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Myanmar, People's Republic of China, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen.

Please do NOT apply for the "professional visit pass", as it is not for speakers and attendees of scientific meetings.

Click here for more VISA and Entry information.

Please contact incob09@apbionet.org if you need a letter of invitation to apply for the visa.
