We invite abstracts for presenting original research as oral, poster or demo (software/technology/methodology/resource/tool/database).

At the outset, please read the General Information regarding InCoB/ISCB-APAC 2026 submissions, for Language policy and Ethical Requirements.

The corresponding author agrees that all listed authors are happy for the presenting author to register for the conference and present the submitted work. Submissions for oral presentations may be offered poster presentation instead, based on the recommendation of the Program Committee and the Conference Chairs.

Furthermore, each accepted submission requires at least one unique author to be registered for the conference.

As the abstract will be compiled in the PDF Book for Abstracts, authors are cautioned to not include any data, results or materials that might compromise future publication.

The same talk is not permitted to be given more than once as an oral presentation at ISMB. Research may be presented as both a talk and a poster if and only if it is submitted as two individual submissions with TWO different presenters. Having the same person deliver two (or more) different talks is NOT PERMITTED on the same topic. This allows for many people from one lab to present the work of the lab. A presenting author may present NO MORE THAN ONE talk or poster on the same topic.

If your lab plans to present this work as a talk and a poster, please select ONLY one (TALK ONLY or POSTER ONLY) as it pertains to this submission. If you plan to present this work as a talk but would consider a poster if not selected, please select TALK OR POSTER. If you select TALK ONLY and are not accepted, your submission will not be considered for a poster and will be rejected.
