Step 2:  Complete the registration form with the required details

Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent by the Secretariat ([email protected]) once your registration and payment have been successfully verified.

  • Conference dinner ticket (if applicable)
  • Access to selected conference sessions
  • Conference satchel complete with materials (if applicable)
  • Coffee breaks, lunch, and afternoon tea on nominated attendance days
  • Morning tea only will be provided on Day 3 (if applicable)
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the Secretariat in writing via email. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

75% refund

30–60 days before the event

50% refund

Less than 30 days before the event

No refund (substitute delegate permitted)
