Updated Proceedings Information
Please note that the conference proceedings publication has been updated. Instead of Springer Nature’s Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI/LNBIP), the conference will now recommend selected papers for publication in Springer Nature’s new Advances in Computer Science Applications and Research (ACSAR) series.
This recommendation is based on the conference’s diverse and interdisciplinary Call for Papers (CFP) topics, for which the ACSAR series offers greater flexibility and a better fit. ACSAR publishes state-of-the-art research spanning the full spectrum of informatics, ranging from foundational topics in the theory of computing to information and communications science and technology.

Registration and Publication Fee
No publication fee will be charged for papers accepted for publication in the conference proceedings volume. However, accepted submissions will be provided an oral presentation opportunity at the conference. At least one author should register and attend the conference.

Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original research papers in accordance with the Springer LNCS format (approximately 400 words per page). The following categories of papers are accepted:
• Full papers: Minimum 12 pages.
• Short papers: Minimum 6 pages.

Detailed Proceedings Submission Format
Authors preparing manuscripts for the conference proceedings are required to follow the Springer LNCS formatting guidelines.
Formatting Requirements:
• Paper size: A4
• Font: Times New Roman or Springer-recommended font
• Font size: 10–12 pt depending on section formatting
• Line spacing: Single spacing
• Margins: Standard Springer LNCS template margins
• Figures and tables: Embedded within the manuscript and numbered sequentially
• References: Consistent citation style following Springer LNCS requirements
• File format for submission: PDF for review submission
